Services
Since 1954, our main goal has been to provide superior service throughout Central Illinois. To us, that means more than just repairing machines. We do our best to provide our customers with the help they need, whether that means helping them learn to thread their machine or showing them ways to use certain aspects of their machine for different purposes.
If you love to work with needles and thread, then you'll love the way a Baby Lock machine can enhance your entire sewing experience. Baby Lock was the first company to bring the home serger to American sewing enthusiasts, and has since remained dedicated to bringing revolutionary sergers, sewing machines and embroidery machines to the market.
No good superhero is complete without a sidekick, and this dynamic duo is no exception to the rule! The Janome Professional 2000 Series allows you to get the best in serging and the best in coverhem machines without spending a fortune on the combination machines that do both. Right now we're offering special discounted pricing when you pair the Air Thread 2000D Professional and the CoverPro 2000CPX.

Last year I bought a sewing machine from a rummage sale. There was a service sticker for this place, so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner took one look at the piece giving me troubles and knew the exact model number of the part. My trust was gained in that moment.
The people here know their stuff when it comes to sewing machines. If you need your machine serviced, this is the place to go!

Walked in with my sewing machine to see if they could take a look at it. Told him what it was doing an the gentleman at the counter took a look at it, fixed it right on the spot. Very knowledgeable, very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Will definitely take my machine there for servicing.

Excellent service. I took my serger in for repair, and they called me to tell me the total it would cost before they did the repair. A month later, a small related problem came up, and they spent 20 minutes fixing it for no charge. A locally owned, family business that has been around for generations- I will use their services again and recommend them to friends.

They fixed my sewing machine right at the counter (granted it was a simple fix) as I waited. I just needed the tension adjusted and a different set of needles. For two packs of needles it was just over $6 which seemed very reasonable to me. She did not charge me for fixing my machine either. A lot of places will charge you just to diagnose the problem, but this store offers to look over your machine and find out what the issue is free of charge. They will then let you know exactly what it will cost to fix it and you can decide whether to go ahead with the repair. I really appreciated this because
