When a customer walks into a store, no matter where it is, you expect to get good customer service, someone with a bit of knowledge and a feeling that you made a good choice in the company. We didn’t get any of that! Instead, we received INCREDIBLE customer service, a plethora of knowledge and a perfect choice walking into Maplecrest Mattress! All of the other mattress places are just a name. If you go anywhere else to buy a mattress, you made the wrong choice. Go here, stay here, and buy from here. Super friendly and super awesome. I felt a warm inviting feeling of when I picked up my wish packages. I am sure everyone else will find the same inclusive feeling I felt. I was a bit lost with the internet. Boy did I get help. I now send all my wish to Maplecrest mattress. They helped me carry my loot to the car. I am sure that there is no place I would buy a mattress at. So knowledgeable and caring. The owner is great but so is everyone who works there.

I came to Maplecrest Mattress in preparation of my very first home and they were extremely helpful, kind, and generous. My mother referred me and I am incredibly glad she did. They were able to help me find the perfect bed for my sleeping style plus gave me extra accommodations and generosities to help my beds come to fruition. I purchased a Queen bed for myself and a Twin XL for my daughter and could not be more pleased. The pricing, quality, and hospitality this store provides is unmatched.

I love my new bed. Delivered and set up today. The delivery guy (forgotten his name) was so professional, great guy! I was nervous about downsizing from a full to a twin after sleeping on a full for decades. David suggested the twin XL and it's perfect. Took my first nap in it and the comfort is out of this world. A thirty minute nap was the best I've slept in a very very long time and my feet don't hang over the end of the bed. So glad I stopped in instead of going for the bed I first looked at in a different store. Thanks guys!

We went in to just shop around for a new twin mattress to move our son into. We were greeted immediately and asked what we were looking for! They made a recommendation after asking a few qualifying questions and we bought it right then! We did some research before going into the store! We ended up buying a frame and headboard as well. I’ve put together a few bed frames since this is our 3rd child moving to a twin bed... the frame is strong and will last a long time! Thanks David and the maplecrest mattress team!
