The staff was kind, efficient, professional, and helpful. In contrast Dr Nuzzo entered the small room I was in wearing a cloth gaiter which are well known to be ineffective masks for COVID-19 (the rest of the staff wore surgical/procedural masks). I was even more surprised when he tried to shake my hand. He was somewhat rude in delivering my diagnosis (a broken ankle) and totally unhelpful in addressing well known issues arising from keeping ankle joints in a fixed position for long periods of time as he recommended in this case (4 weeks). I would advise against seeing this Dr.

I had a VERY BAD experience with Dr Nuzzo. He preformed a meniscus tear repair. At our 2 week appointment he told me to do what I wanted. He did not communicate in any way that healing needed to take place over a little time and I should return to activities slowly. My knee blew up and I had weeks of intense pain. When I asked him about it he was defensive and rude. HE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO TALK TO, and will not answer questions in any sort of meaningful or complete way. Darcy Thole

Dr. Nuzzo and his staff were amazing! He treated my knee and performed ACL reconstruction. I am now able to resume all of my physical activity and couldn’t be happier. Also the folks at Fresno Surgical Hospital were great as well. Every step of the way I felt good about my decision to go to SPOC and Dr. Nuzzo for my surgery.

I went in with a torn acl and they scheduled me for surgery in less than a month. The day of the surgery the nurses were so nice and amazing. I'm 9 months recovered today and my leg is strong enough to play soccer again. I have very minimal scaring and almost no pain. Would highly recommend him for any sports injury.

Love Dr. Nuzzo!! Great doctor, incredible surgeon, everyone there is very professional, great facility. He performed arthroscopic knee surgery on my left knee for a torn meniscus several years ago. I experienced zero problems and was amazed at no bruising, minimal swelling (I didn't really notice any), I needed no physical therapy for recovery, took maybe two doses of pain meds & realized I didn't need them, and best of all--he fixed the problem! I hope he is available to do the same for my right knee soon:-)

I was referred to Sierra Pacific Orthopedics by at least 10 friends of mine and I don't regret listening to my trusty friends. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr Nuzzo and I was able to get in as a new patient within 4 days, that was my first "yay" moment with many more to come. I showed up to my appointment and I was greeted by a super friendly and professional staff. My wait time was just a few minutes being as my new patient paperwork was mailed to me ahead of time as promised. I met with Dr. Nuzzo and I was very impressed. He took the time to explain everything

Dr. Nuzzo and office staff met and exceed my expectations. I never had a problem with scheduling, rescheduling or prescription refills. Dr. Nuzzo has common sense and surgical skills that I trust.
I had built up calcific tendonitis for a few years and he repaired and reattached tendon through a few small incisions on my shoulder. I will recommend him to others!

I was referred to Dr. Nuzzo for an ACL revision and cannot say enough great things about him. From the first visit, he was so thorough, took time explaining my issues and answered all of my questions. I am a competitive triathlete and was very concerned about having another surgery and he patiently answered every question and concern. Dr. Nuzzo did my ACL revision less than 3 months ago and my results have been EXCELLENT. First rate physician...caring, patient, thorough. Would highly recommend him to anyone..
