This is the third time I've been to this excuse for an establishment.. they couldn't look up bucket tooth for a Ghal excavator. But I can go to komatsu and they can look it right up and give me the correct teeth for this machine.... I think they need to stick to selling lawn mowers at best.

Minus the poor performance of the tractor that we purchased, the people who work here make the experience even worse. The poor front desk lady has to be a middleman. Today the parts manager had the audacity to one ask my husband, "if he tried googling it" and then proceeded to say "i can't believe this guy put me on f***ing hold' and hung up on him. Customer service is not there and should be fixed. Maybe eliminating lazy rude employees like the parts manager would be a great start. As a business owner I was willing to pay more for my ford tractor parts and support my local tractor supply and service parts house, we bought a starter and paid $ 50.00 more for the starter than had we just ordered it on line with a two day shipping. we bought two hoses and paid an extra $ 20.00 over an online order, and the sad part was the small front tire and tube we ordered and we were told that for just a few bucks they would place the tire and tube on the rim. We paid $35.00 more for the tire and tube than an online supplier, just to support our local parts house. What hurt was the $47.50

This place has an attitude is what the problem is, they think they are the only game in town, I really do not understand how they are growing unless they convince some buddy to invest with the same tactics they try or use for sales, or they are good at giving out the BS on the products they sell to unsuspecting customers. In fact they should do some of their own product research on their product lines and handle prospective customers properly, then to see how they handle reviews is even funnier, it really does show the chip on the shoulder attitude they carry. This company ripped me off. I rented a skid steer from them in August. They said it was $200 for delivery and $250 per day.
They dropped it off on Thursday August 15. I used it all day on Friday August 16 and called them at 5pm to pick it up. They said I would be charged for 1 day plus delivery as long as I filled it up with fuel.
They didn't pick up until Monday August 19.
They charged my card $1450. I called and talked to the owner and he said the contract I signed agreed to their terms and I had it for 5 days plus delivery.
I'm still disputing the charges and will update
