I have used this company at both my home and office. At my office, they installed "smart" thermostats which never worked properly and a security system. The installation on the security system was amateurish at best. They scuffed up the wall in several places, drilled an unnecessary hole in the wall and then left it and even knocked a picture over and broke the frame.
At my home, they were paid $20,000 to install a theater projector system, security, cameras and whole house sound. They also installed smart thermostats and garage door openers. The whole house sound NEVER worked properly

I had the system installed by these guys several years ago and was happy however in the past year or so they will not come back out to service my system. I don't know why. due to this I give them a low rating. I even told them ahead of time if they not respond I was going to give them this bad rating

I was price gouged by more than $1,500. Tom Townsend claimed to have a 30 year military background and a top secret clearance with the government doing this type of work. I had a $599 security system from Costco that I wanted installed. He said he had a much better system for $2,700 that was "top of the line" and well worth the cost to protect my family. He seemed very honest. Although it was a lot of money, I agreed given his credentials and his comments regarding the quality. I asked for a receipt with the items he installed while he was in my home and he said he would have to email
