Great service, ac wasn't getting cool enough in the hot weather. Called for emergency service, appointment was within 24hrs and the owner Tom followed up. great service, very professional and courteous, diagnosed problem and went over multiple solutions. Didn't try to upsell me or sell me service not needed

This company worked on my fathers house. They were horrendous. They sold him what had to be a used unit. He found a dirty air filter in what is suppose to be a “new” unit. Then the manger or owner were impossible to contact when he had a problem during installation. He would have to go to the office in order to get someone to answer his complaints. He phones callas went unanswered. Do not use!

They immediately took our call, arrived the next business day to assess our needs, turned around a quote within a day and answered all of our questions throughout the process. When we committed our business to them, they put us on the schedule and within a week were ready for a full replacement of our HVAC system. We have been with "Absolute Air and Power" for many years. Tom and his staff have installed many ductless units and a Central AC system in our houses. From beginning to end nothing but Professional, knowledgeable, always in a timely fashion, very polite, took pride in their work and left a clean job when finished. Tom, Debbie and Jen always answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We would always recommend "Absolute Air and Power".

They put in a ductless unit for us at a fair price point with exceptional service.
I’d recommend you avoid the “local” companies that advertise all over and send a salesman to give you an estimate...they are not local companies, but larger outfits disguising themselves as local w a deceptive phone number and/or address. Also, you pay for all those extra layers of bureaucracy and deception.
Here, the owner comes to give an estimate. Absolute Air and Power is a family run, true local business. The owner and his son did the install...in my mind, that counts for something
