Extremely clean environment that follow all COVID-19 protocols. The staff was so polite and made sure my daughter and I was comfortable. Charlene the treatment coordinator was incredible she greeted us with a warm smile and helped us a a timely manner with going over all the best options for my daughter. I was slightly nervous upon arrival, but I must within minutes I was at ease. Extremely clean establishment that follow all COVID-19 protocols while still being able to create a bond between their patients. The staff was more than polite and made sure they did whatever possible to make sure I was comfortable during my 1st visit. Their amazing staff never leaves you waiting. I was able to finish my x-rays, select an affordable payment plan, get my teeth cleaned, and put on my braces in nearly an hour. I highly recommend pt orthodontics!

I absolutely love this place! it was recommended by our Acton Road Family Dentistry and I couldn’t be more pleased! both of my children come here and the service is incredible! the environment is very fostering and everyone greets you with a warm smile!! Just wow! Don't even know where to start! The building itself is extremely nice and clean. Everyone of the staff members was extremely curtious, knowledgeable, and helpful! Within an hour I was finished with my X-rays and pictures. I was then seen by the orthodontist Dr. Whitt who was extremely kind, professional, and very informative. I was given the option of several care plans that would work for me... Even though I was told I was not a candidate per Candid. Im a grown man but about cried knowing I was in good hands. Never a wait here. I love the friendly staff. They are always so welcoming. I love the waiting area and all the magazines that are available to look at. Techs are very well-trained and could easily be mistaken for dentists. I would highly recommend PT for anyone out there thinking about getting braces. The free consultation is what brought me in!

PT Orthodontics is fantastic! The facilities were very neat and clean staff was very friendly. I was having a major issue with wiring from a different orthodontist and they were able to resolve the issue! FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I am so excited that I have found a doctor who can actually help me with my TMJ disorder. The doctor took his time with me and made me feel like I was not just another patient. He really made me feel better about dealing with this disorder for the rest of my life. I can't wait to see the results. He fitted me for a splint the same day I went in for my consultation. Office staff is wonderful as well.
