The management is very bad with communication, and your production and ability is not what determines your time at the company. It is all based on who you know and preferred language. Not family oriented and not appreciative of employees. I was informed that i was a fast learner and they were pleased with my quality of work. Then during my shift i was contact by my staffing agency that i would be terminated all while i was pregnant. The supervisor Cynthia did not even have respect enough to answer the phone following. I was paired to "train" with an employee whom the QA manager (who's only been there 2 months) felt was incapable of doing her job correctly. They were already watching there trainer and was at wits end with her performance. After 2 days of training with the person, she was ultimately fired for poor job performance. My 3rd day of the shift I was literally left alone to do the job by myself with the 2 days of poor training I had received. After working maybe 3 days alone trying to learn on my own and do the specified job, I, myself, was terminated with no real cause or reason. The QA manager was

I was just lied on to the temp agency im working for now by Ms. Lupe saying i was let go in the past because all i did was stand around which is not facts even when i went for the interview i was told that they didnt even have my information on file from when i worked there in 2016 for a month so how all of sudden you have come up with the fact i was let go because of that in the past? I might be many things but lazy is not one i dont appreciate how you tried to put that jacket on me! Intelligence scare people especially people who lack it!
