Services
We are two friends who met at Rutgers. While living in a basement apartment, we found that we hated to do laundry. We finally found a laundromat that would wash, dry, and fold our clothes and were much happier, but still it took too much time to get to the laundromat to drop off our clothes. Our dream was pickup and delivery where the laundromat would come to us to pickup our dirty clothes.
Our other laundromat is located in Plainfield. This facility is a 5000 square foot store that can handle all of the wash and fold that you give to us. This store is in a stand alone building near a T-Mobile and located near Watchung and Front Street. We also offer laundry pickup and delivery service!
Our pick up laundry service near Plainfield, Edison, Princeton, Somerset, and New Brunswick is as easy as ordering from Amazon. If you have laundry preferences, you can fill in the laundry detergent that you want or that you want your shirts hung rather than folded when you get our laundry delivery service.
Our laundry delivery service will be there at the allotted time. We'll take care of your laundry. While we do your laundry, you can do something fun or you can finish a project that you haven't had time to do. I found sometimes that they just ironed the clothing rather than actually dry cleaned the clothing. And the event which triggered this one star review is they still charged money for one hat which was not cleaned and repaired! The hat I sent out needs a fix of a hole, tightening a cashmere ball and dry cleaning. They sent it back without doing anything and still charged the money! I cannot stand for this poor quality and unprofessional work! I will never ever work with them anymore! If you care about the quality and honesty, don’t go with them.

BTM is the best wash & fold in the area. Everything is clean, folded neatly and smells fresh. They are always timely when I drop off my wash and the staff are all friendly. I highly recommend them. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained. Excellent service, always above & beyond!

I would like to share my experience dealing with BTM laundry. I use their service for the very first time in March of 2020 and my experience was horrible my clothes were returned to me dirty with stains and I personally went to the laundry in Edison where they're located and complained to the girl whose name was Emily and she actually called the owner on the phone I gave my order number and everything to her and the owner told her that she would call me the next day I haven't heard from anybody. So with that being said I would never use their service again they had the nerve to charge me $80 on

BTM has a very good wash and fold laundry service with competitive pricing. I checked with several laundromats in the area and no one does pick up and drop off at the price they do it for. They take care to wash your clothes according to the exact instructions you give them, and they really do fold your clothes quite nicely. They also have discounted monthly plans that make sense if you know you'll need done "x" number of lbs. of laundry per month. I did pay lower prices when I lived in Boston, but again, for this area BTM is competitive.

There laundry service is done in a timely and correct manner. There was some confusion and I was charged $75 for a service I did not use. I was patient although it took about a week to get a call back. When the employee came to pick up the laundry. He was extremely rude. He said he could only take blue bags provided by the service (besides me seeing him with other bags in his basket) I explained I only got one blue bag and I put 80 percent of my clothes in there. He told me it was not his problem. The employee is a middle aged gentleman with grayish hair and a camouflage hat. He was so terrible

Used BTM during a 3.5 month long project and the service was amazing. Their team was able to handle close to 20 people's laundry on a weekly basis, both Wash and Fold as well as Dry Cleaning with zero issues. They were always on time, responsive as well as flexible when plans changed. Clothes always came back fresh and clean with ZERO issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I've used them quite a few times and very pleased. Quick and easy. They ate always on time and the website is ready to navigate and place an order. They did lose one of my laundry bags once but the system they use made it easy for me too just contact customer service and it was found and delivered the next day. I would recommend them!

My husband and I just had our first child and we both work crazy long days, with one of us often coming home at 10 pm or later. We have been using BTM Laundry for about 6 months now. Two working professionals who were sick of dragging our laundry down to the basement of our apartment and spending a whole day getting everything done.
BTM was recommended to us by our doorman, so several must use them in our building. This company so far has been a DREAM for us. We sign up online the day before we want to send out our bags, and they pick it up from our doorman the next morning. If you want it to arrive same day, we can pay $10 for speedy service, or whats included is next day delivery. We usually opt for that.

We don't have a washer & dryer in our apartment, so we've been using my dad's machines at his place over in Bridgewater. When our basement flooded a few weeks ago and a ton of sheets, blankets & towels got soaked, though, I found BTM & decided to give them a try. I'm in LOVE.
