Very unprofessional--- I scheduled an appointment two weeks out to meet with Bob Christiansen to set up a retirement account. He knew that I was just getting back from a vacation out of the country and was using a vacation day to meet with him. I arrived three minutes early for the appointment and someone told me to have a seat. They then frantically called him because they didn't know where he was. They told me that he forgot the appointment and he was sick--- then they said he was 30 minutes away and could reschedule--- excuse after excuse-- not sure why he couldn't call me to reschedule ahead

I wish there was a ā0ā star. This company can care less about your well being. An Emergency status does not exist and they would rather see you suffer, maybe even die, before they let you see any amount of YOUR balance you invested. Go elsewhere if possible! I never write reviews, but after getting off of the phone with Rob, and he being so un-empathetic, I needed to write a review to warn everyone else. Iām so disappointed.
