Orders must be received by 1:00 pm for guaranteed same day delivery. Any order received after that time will be delivered same day due to availability of floral choice, otherwise will be delivered the next day. We do our best to accommodate deliveries for a specific time of day, but we do not guarantee delivery.

Darla's was truly wonderful to work with the last couple of days. They delivered beautiful roses to my mom from my dad for their anniversary. Not only did they have beautiful flowers but their service was wonderful! They were very accommodating to switch delivery locations when my dad wasn't out of the hospital yet. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they strongly believe in good customer service!

I had a wonderful experience! I ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday and fot sick so I wasn't able to be at the location I asked for them to be dropped off. They changed it the day off, and brought it to my home instead! They were extremely kind and thoughtful, and the flowers were gorgeous! I'll definitely be using them again, I was very grateful for their kindness.

I came here two years ago to order some flowers for my wedding. The ENTIRE time I was trying to order, the male owner kept telling me how young I looked and how I was too young to be getting married. He was legitimately trying to talk me out of my wedding that was about two weeks away. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I will never recommend this place.

Called in and made a purchase on Thursday 5/10/18
And scheduled delivery of the flowers to my wife’s shop that is less the 1.5 miles away from the florist on Saturday 5/12/18 at 3pm. Received a call at 2:43pm Saturday to inform me the delivery could not happen because the designer was stuck in Cleveland. Two days of a paid order wasn’t prepared??? This was my first time using Darla’s and I will never use them again, I will tell anyone I know never to use them. So disappointed Happy Mother’s Day..... Ruined

The flowers were beautiful, but service was horrible. My mother and I had contacted Darla for my wedding. She was supposed to prepare buckets with baby's breath for Friday by noon, however when my mom went to pick them up (an hour late) she was told they weren't going to be ready until 5. My mom had to leave by 5 to get to rehearsal on time. They did deliver to her house, but they should have been done hours ago. Their dog waswalso running loose and jumped on my 9 year old sister and scratched her face. The buckets were horribly put together. The baby's breath was just thrown straight into the

I live in Michigan and called Darla's this afternoon after reading such good reviews. I was not disappointed. The gentleman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was ordering flowers for a funeral in Ravenna this week that I will not be able to attend. I was thankful that the gentleman knew right away which funeral home I was talking about and said he was already headed there. We settled on a fresh flower arrangement and the gentleman commented that Darla does a nice job with those. I'm hopeful.

I called this morning to order flowers for my sister who was having a baby at the local hospital. The service over the phone was very friendly, the gentleman on the phone described the flowers that they had available. The flowers were delivered on time, and the prices of this flower store are more reasonable than any other flower store I have ever dealt with. My sister called to say that the bouquet was beautiful. I will definitely plan on using them again for sending flowers to family in the area. Friendly, efficient, on time and well priced, what more could one want from a flower shop?
