I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only did the salesman come promptly and explain everything to me without any sales tactics, they installed when they said they would. After installation, my water tank had a leak and the owner of the company came the next morning and took it apart and repaired it, even though it was a plumbing problem rather than anything to do with their installation. I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful experience. After talking with Steve, one of the owners, about our water issues and having a no pressure conversation about remedies we went ahead and purchased a system through Steve. The process was easy and stress free. Marc and another gentleman came within a few days to install the components and again had a wonderful experience. After installation Marc noticed that the system was showing current water usage even though no water was being used. I just purchased a house with well water. The water is high in iron (toilet stains and metallic taste and odor) and moderate hardness. We had an RO drinking water system installed by Delmarva Water System. There were two visits by the company - first was a sales call to test our well water and review the options, then a couple weeks later they installed the system we selected. Both visits took place on time as scheduled, the company reps were each quite personable and very efficient with our time They were very focused on making sure we received exactly what we needed and wanted. We purchased a water conditioner/softener from Delmarva Water Solutions August 2021. We were very pleased with the experience. Sales-person, Seth, showed up for the initial visit on time, answered all my questions, returned my calls promptly, and provided all the necessary information. Installer, Tom, did a great job...our install required some rerouting of the water lines which he handled expertly. He was also a very friendly guy. I highly recommend this company.

We recently worked with Delmarva Water Solutions to help provide a solution for our new home in Princess Anne. We have found getting contractors that will work in this area to be a challenge, but Delmarva responded quickly and arrived at our appointment on-time. John pointed out that the existing system was being used incorrectly and wasn't working any more. He recommended the correct system and offered solutions to handle that bad smell/taste of the water. This was a great experience from start to finish. There was no pressure form Seth when he came out to test the water, he was honest and made a recommendation that was not the most expensive. Tom did a great job with the install. It was very clean and takes up minimal space in my garage. I would recommend Delmarva Water Solutions to anyone having well water issues.
