I feel fortunate to have come across this flower shop. I don’t live in Louisville, but I was passing through and needed a small arrangement for an ancestor’s gravesite. The flowers were beautiful, and there was so much thought and intention put into making sure that my visit to the cemetery was meaningful. Friendly, quick service, and I would be a regular customer if I lived in the area. Thanks so much for the knowing immediately what I was looking for!

Partnered with Amy the owner of Susan's Florist on flowers for my business's balloon wall at Cheer Derby. I came in form out of town for this event so I needed to rely on Amy and her team, and I am elated with the results!!
The baby's breath was customized to fit my client's color pallete and the carnations looked so beautiful! They lasted for the entire 2 day event and I was even able to take them home for my mom and girlfriend :)!
I highly recommend them for anyone in Louisville!

Susan's Florist creates the most unique flower arrangements! I recommend buying the "Let Them Pick" arrangement because they will create something with the freshest flowers! Their customer service is first-rate and they will deliver on the same day! I can't say enough things about this great Louisville business!

This was my first business with Susan’s Florist, and can confidently say it won’t be the last. They were great to work with and got a delivery made to a hospital very quickly in the craziest of times when most business are shut down due to virus.
The arrangement was beautiful to begin with, and designed to ‘pop’ even more in the coming days. 5 days later and the arrangement still looks wonderful with nice fragrance. My wife was very surprised and happy.

I called Susan's with a last minute request. They were able to get me together in about 30 minutes. The showroom was closed, so the flowers were brought to the car which was great on a gloomy day. The arrangement was something simple enough to show I was thinking about my person and bring a smile to their face. Thanks Susan! Ill be back!

Jessie at Susan's took my order. She was a most fabulous person to work with. She was detailed with the order, she asked the right questions so that my order would fit right with what I wanted and also added her input to make the arrangement look even better. The outcome of the flowers arrangement was absolutely beautiful and made just as requested. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! These arrangements were very important to me to be as perfect as possible because they were going to be placed on the altar at church for Sunday Mass. Susan's Florist came to my rescue and assisted a non-profit all in one generous and beautiful moment! I had neglected to get a centerpiece for a very important reception for the non-profit and I stopped in just to see if they had something "small, inexpensive yet beautiful" that I could take with me in my huge hurry to get back and set-up for the event.
