One adult fills 300 gallon storage volume of a 1000 gallon septic tank in about 5 years, a family of four is about 1.5 years. It is easier and less expensive to regularly maintain your septic tank rather than fixing overflows or irregularities as they go (do not rely solely on additives as they do not replace regular maintenance).

I called Luckys Septic to come out and pump the tank and they were available to come out in an hour or so. They are also the cheapest around and they did a good job. The guy was very nice. They seem to be honest about only charging you for the size that the tank is. Others will try and rip you off and charge you for a 1000 gallon tank when its only 750 or 500 gallons. Anyways they did a great job.

These guys are awesome! Not only do they blow their competitors out of the water with the best price in town, they will go out of their way to give you superior service. These guys are kind, professional and HONEST. We were told by a different well know company in town that we had a 1000 gal tank. When Lucky showed up they said they thought it was a 750 gal tank, we were thrilled and happily pay them the lower price for the smaller size. To my surprise, later that same day, Lucky called us back and it turned out that we actually only had a 500 gal tank and they said they owed us some money back
