Amy M. was amazing. We planned our Disney trip a bit later than ideal at one of the busiest times of the year. But with her help we were still able to get in everything we wanted. And she was very helpful with explaining & navigating how the newer policies, services & tools that Disney has implemented recently. We will definitely use her the next time we go!

Kathleen did an amazing job planning our vacation to Disney World. We had a large group of adults and children. She made sure our days were filled with activities everyone could enjoy. Her knowledge of resorts, parks, restaurants and transportation are outstanding. As with any vacation, some unplanned items would come up. We reached out to Kathleen from the parks and she made adjustments for us on the spot. She has a great sense of urgency and is extremely responsive. We look forward to working with Kathleen on our next trip.

Nina and Magic Family Getaways was amazing to work with. She was so responsive and professional. I was so nervous to plan a trip to Disney and make it special for my daughter and Nina took all the nervousness away. She helped with everything and made it easy. I have traveled to Disney three times with Nina as my fairy godmother. We have always gone with enough people to require multiple rooms, multiple dietary concerns, and multiple special requests; she has been a rock star every time. She is excited about our trips, responsive when we have questions, and happy to hear about our experiences. She gets up early to book things so we don’t have to. She is willing to make changes - sometimes at the last minute. She knows my family members by name. She is incredibly knowledgeable, both with the Disney properties and with tips and tricks to make our visits

Andrea Lawson is amazing! We could not have planned a Disney trip without her. She is well-experienced with the parks and resorts, and truly understood how to navigate the different wants and needs of our family trip. She met with us several times and listened to our questions, then based an itinerary around our energy levels for the little kids, food preference, and being able to see and do most everything in the parks in the best ways possible. Long flight but well worth it. Everything arranged by MFG. Recommended we stay extra day at airport hotel making up for time change and providing full week to tour relax and enjoy this wonderful island and the accommodations at Alauni by Disney. I’m 79 years of age and I will admit that this was one of the most memorable trips I made, again thanks to our MFG representative.

Magic Family Getaways does an amazing job helping and booking your trip! Andrea came to our house at our convenience, dealt with our kiddos running around, and brought all the info we needed to plan our Disney trip! She made great suggestions and organized everything for us. Her suggestions on which restaurants to eat at were perfect, we were not disappointed! We are used to taking All-Inclusive vacations so we were a little hesitant booking a Disney trip but it honestly turned out pretty inclusive! My first cruise ever, and my last. It was an absolute nightmare. They packed people in like cattle. You could not even see any of the shows there were too many people. My seven-year-old daughter was extremely disappointed as was I it was a total waste of money. 20 minute wait fir an elevator. Disgraceful

I've been to Disney many, many times - but not in the past 15 years. So much has changed and it's so easy to get overwhelmed with all of the things you have to do in advance ... it feels like your trip will be ruined if you don't book restaurants six months early! But working with Kim made all of that feel so easy and manageable. I knew with her by my side I wouldn't miss out on any opportunities and I would be able to make the most out of our first trip with my 5-year-old son and 7-month-old daughter. Kim gave us great advice about where to stay and eat, made planning and booking

When I was planning our family's first trip to Disney World with our 3-year-old daughter (for her birthday), I was a little overwhelmed as to where to begin. Things have really changed since I went to Disney World as kid -- the magic bands, fast passes, character dinners, Disney resorts were all new to me. Luckily, I connected with Kim, the owner of Magic Family Getaways, and she was able to walk me through the whole process. The best part is her services are paid by Disney, so there was no charge to me at all. She picked the best rides suitable for my daughter and booked our fast passes.
