I want to thank Gary for making it possible to attend a wedding at Heinz History Center. He is a wonderful man. I recently had surgery and couldn't walk. He truly came through for me. When your rode is straight then it takes a curve and you need a chair. Wheelchair Exchange is the place to rent from. At the last minute we needed a chair to travel to Mexico for a family member. So glad we did. The resort was entirely to large for my father-in law to walk. Gary came the day before we departed... thoroughly show me how to operate the chair. The return of the chair was just as smooth. Thank you so much!!!

My father and I came out to Pittsburgh on vacation, he insisted he could walk around and didn't need the wheelchair we already have. Not having to lug a 50 lb ancient wheelchair around was ok with me, so at home it stayed. After walking from the parking garage to the hotel I could tell he wasn't walking all the places we wanted to go. I googled and found Wheelchair Exchange. They delivered the chair to the hotel three hours after my initial call! They even texted me later to make sure everything was going good. I can't thank them enough, this trip would have been a wash without them.

It's been awhile since I rented a scooter but it was perfect, it was delivered to the Carnegie museum & to the zoo . It was picked up at both places & allowed me to enjoy both places . I'm trying to contact them again for the same reasons. Having the ability to go with my family to those places gave me joy & I hope I get lucky with them again .

Gary was so easy to work with. We were traveling and I wanted to make "just in case" arrangements for a friend traveling with us. Delivery and pickup at no additional cost and perfectly timed. He took the time to show me how to transport the scooter in a compact means and how to charge/operate it. Will certainly share with my friends for future needs.

Had a great experience with Pittsburgh Wheelchair exchange when renting a scoter for a week. I called in advance to reserve one, then called about a month before to provide a credit card. The bill hit my credit card at the beginning of the week, and the scooter was waiting for me at my hotel. It worked perfectly, no mechanical glitches or flat tires. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.
