I just had custom drapes made for our master bedroom and a valence in our son's room which both came out beautifully! Steven's family has been in the business for 64 years. He's 3rd generation been running the business for 25 years along with his son (4th generation!). They were both very professional, very punctual, overly communicative and tolerated my barky dog no problem. I wish I found them before I purchased my other window treatments!! Steve is amazing. Not only is he a master at his work, he is honest and kind and caring and responsive. He takes incredible pride in his final product. I am very particular and he is a perfectionist at making draperies that hang perfectly. He has advised me on color and texture and orientation for electric roller shades, floor to ceiling, 6 huge panels and they are gorgeous and work seamlessly. I put them up and down at least once per day. He has done other window treatments throughout my house from cheap to expensive and they are all beautiful. I sent him to my daughter's house

Updated review. The owner Steve promptly reached out in reply to my review. It looks like there was a hitch in email and voice mail. I am looking forward to speaking to Steve to get a quote on my project. I will update after we speak. Is Smith Drapery Closed? I have been calling almost daily for the last two weeks and the call always goes to​ voicemail. I have left numerous messages on their voicemail and have sent over an email as well, but have not received a return phone call or email reply. I can't imagine a company with such great reviews on Yelp not responding to a customer

They are a true full service place and make sure you get the best product and setup for your place.

I felt I could tackle any job that pertained to drapes and rods. What could be so hard. Boy was I surprised. Steve and his aid came to the house and within a half hour did the following. Restrung not one rod but two. Also, hook and hung two full length drapes. All within say 30 to 40 minuets. Had I done this with my wife......lets say the out come would be quite different.
The professional, the workmanship the high quality of work is beyond description.

Steve came on time, gave me the good news that he could repair the rails of my wall-to-wall drapes. He was professional and honest in his assessment of what needed to be done. He fix the rails and changed the cord within an hour. He charged me exactly what they estimated on the phone. I am delighted my drapes are fixed. Steve was very pleasant to deal and I recommend him without hesitation.

I contacted Smith Drapery because they were highly rated here and I was not disappointed. Not only did Steven Smith quickly respond to my inquiry, but was able to fit me into his schedule within a couple of days. I had 2 roman shades that were broken for different reasons and he was able to fix both onsite in under 1 hour! I am so glad to have roman shades that open and close and do so in level/straight way. Steve and Spencer did a fantastic job at our house! My husband has used Smith Drapery at his restaurants over the years and now, it was time to do our newly remodeled home. They made this very easy on us, from the design, to ordering the necessary shades, to the installation. They are incredibly thorough, and punctual. They were fast, clean, efficient, friendly and professional. The metal needed to be spliced and they did it to perfection. Other guys would have charged me for another rail.

Very reasonable and worth it!

I recently had Steve and his son do some work for me on our recently remodeled house. They did a fantastic job. They were responsive and showed up on time. They were also well prepared for the job and very efficient for the install. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future needs.
