Joe and the Ocean Air crew are amazing! They came to service our AC back in the winter and advised we should consider replacing our unit... we weren’t ready to replace at the time but they happily repaired and serviced our existing unit. Well, fast forward to the middle of July our AC unit finally gave out. I immediately reached out to Joe and within one day they were at our condo installing a new unit (they even arranged for a crane to put the new system on our condo roof!!) The most amazing customer service! I just needed yearly maintenance done and was referred to Ocean Air. The price was very reasonable but what stood out to me the most was the thorough job that was done. The tech that came out really took time in checking everything out and cleaning. I've not experienced a more thorough job ever. Also, the owner called and explained a tech would be coming but he was working on a repair. When he finished he also came by just to meet me. Hopefully I won't need them much but if I do, I will be a lifetime customer!

We recently moved into an older home with an extremely old and moldy air conditioner that we knew we wanted to replace immediately.
