The bondsman, Jake, was kind, explained the process, and was beyond professional. After dealing with other companies, and being disrespected and bullied, I was actually hesitant to call. They were so good to me. I had to fly in to take care of everything and who my attorney recommended left me in a lurch. My husband sent me their info and from the minute I called they made everything so much better. I have never seen or met such a kind and caring group of people. Just spoke with Jake who was over-the-top helpful with info that I had not gotten anywhere else, nor expected. There may be other top-notch bail bondsmen/women in the area, but you'll want to talk with Jake if you want genuinely helpful service. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed, IMO. I was calling from out of state and really had no idea of the process in FL.
No exaggeration; a 5-star rating from me is not enough...and I'm not a salesmen for them; I just want to pass on to anyone who's looking what a great experience it was.
