Attorney Morrone did a fabulous job with my estate plan. He was able to identify and correct problems with my deed so my heirs were not left with a mess on their hands after my death. He also went above and beyond his normal obligations in preparation of my estate plan to obtain and organize other estate documents necessary to facilitate an uncomplicated close to my affairs. What a wonderful guy! SO happy I used him in this matter!!

Very rude receptionist. I called to get a consultation on a probate issue i had questions about and was first greeted very rudely. Secondly before i could even finish my first sentence i was cut off by the receptionist saying they don't do those cases. I asked her what cases would that be. And she said they only handle real estate. I informed her that on the website it said they do probate as well. Then she said yeah well there are a lot of things on the website we don't do anymore. It was all very unprofessional. I would never hire such rude people to handle my real estate issues of i had needed

We used James Morrone on a sale for our Oak lawn Condo. James was able to get closing as scheduled even though we had many issues regarding needed documents from our Condo Association.
I always find James to be Professional, and he took time to answer my questions and concerns.

Mr. Morrone was recommended by a close freind. We scheduled a family meeting with him at his office. Afterward we decided to have him take care of several things. He took a family member through a bankruptcy. He wrote a will, and stopped a real estate problem as well. We are do glad that we chose Jim as our new family attorney. We will be relying on him for all our legal needs and advise. We have already and will continue to recommend Jim to anyone who needs a skilled attorney, professional, sincere, and honest man.

Jim is a great attorney who pays great attention to detail. My family has had some tricky real estate issues in which Jim has paid full attention to. I appreciate the amount of time and work Jim has put into helping my family with our real estate sales.
