My name is Alex Koyev and I'm the owner of Flat Roof LLC in both Columbus, OH and Portland, OR branches. The whole experience was very professional and friendly from the very first phone call to the roofing professional visit. And upon inspection, they determined that my leaking was caused by a backed up gutter. They cleaned it and there was no charge. He was in and out in 20 minutes and very friendly. I highly recommend Flat Roof LLC!!!

Alex and Judy helped us a great deal as we were shopping for a new roof for our building. They invited questions and provided quick and clear answers. We had a bad storm at one of our commercial properties as well as my home. I called Flat Roof Pros and they were able to get an estimate ready to send into my insurance very quickly. The estimate was well under what other companies had quoted me and very detailed for the Insurance company. After getting the "Go-Ahead" from Insurance; Flat Roof Pros got us on the schedule in a matter of days and had it finished a few days after that!
