A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We will call a few days before to confirm that someone will be at the party location the time we arrive.
This Combo Slide Jumper is a 4in1 Module Unit, that means there are 4 different activities on this 1 jumper. It has a jumper, a basketball hoop inside jumping area, a climing ladder and a slide.
It also has a shade covering on the slide which is nice so the slide does not get to hot on those hot days, and it also has a inflatable stopper on the bottem of the slide which is a nice safety feature so kids dont get hurt sliding down the slide especially if you use it as a water slide.It is still in Good Condition and very rentable.

I DO NOT recommend Fun Time Jumpers NM for any party needs. I contacted them about renting a jumper and then had to cancel (more than 10 days prior to the event) and was told they would reimburse me EXCEPT $20 because of a “processing fee” & for their time. This “policy” was not stated in my contract nor in my receipt. I was suppose to search everywhere on a site I could not access to find this. And this was never mentioned to me when I booked the jumper.
