The Dennis Law firm sticks to their motto “A firm that fights”. The reality is, cases are not settled over night some cases make take a few years. Cases have to be thorough, the details acknowledged, instructions followed, agreements made and more importantly patient. I was pleased that my case settled based on the knowledge, expertise and drive of Jackie, Attorney Dennis and support staff. I am forever thankful for their help at a difficult and unforeseen experience of my first car accident. They worked with integrity, compassion, patience, understanding, and determination to work my case in a way that got me more than what the insurance company was offering. Once I called the firm, they agreed to take my case. I signed what was sent to me in agreement and sent back. 2 weeks pass, I heard nothing. I made 2 attempts to call the office with questions and was told nobody was available to take my calls but they would call me back.. they never did. I then received a letter stating they would not take my case with no explanation at all. EXTREMELY unprofessional, horrible communication.

I SWEAR TO TELL THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. I was represented by Attorney Dennis. RED FLAG; he doesn't speak to his client. NOT PROFESSIONAL- The Attorney and I appeared on a virtual mediation session and the court mediator asked "who is the Attorney?". I was wearing a jacket suit but the Attorney was wearing a T-shirt and baseball cap turned to the side. POOR QUALITY- The Attorney does not have the experience to win your case if it goes to trial. He is a one man band, not a firm. QUESTIONABLE ETHICS - The Attorney called me and said "the Judge wants to know if I can come in for trial

From the commercial ad, this attorney appeared to be compassionate as well as sincere. I thought, he was one we could trust and that he was motivated to fight for justice, right?
