For your first visit, please allow 45 minutes for a thorough physical exam for our chiropractors to learn about you and your health goals.

Soft tissue mobilization is applied by light combing of the affected area to breakdown collagen crosslinks, increase skin temperature, increase range of motion, and increase blood flow to affected area.

The Doctors Zook are true professionals. In May, I had one of the worst cases of back pain and unrelenting muscle spasms in my 40 plus years of spinal pain. I came to Glendale Family Chiropractic in July and my spasms are 95% gone! This is not a "going through the motions" place; they work hard at your issues until they find a solution.

John and Leslie are great. They are both professional and personable. I began seeing them in January of 2020 and have continued care with them since. My care plan adjust to my current needs and is flexible. I never feel like they are pushing me to do more visits than needed. They listen to my concerns each visit and adjust my treatment accordingly! I also saw John throughout my entire pregnancy and felt very comfortable. Adjustments helped keep my aches and pains of a changing body manageable. Highly recommend!

ALWAYS friendly and I never waited long. I felt welcome, and understood the treatments before applying. They wore masks and cleaned up after every patient. Only downside would be that they are not in network with any providers, so it was out of pocket and I had to submit claims myself. ..definitely worth the service though!
