Creeks Air is very responsive, for which we are grateful. Our A/C went on the fritz, and within two hours of my call, a service person was at our home to evaluate the problem. Turns out it was the blower on the furnace, which was installed in 2002. We opted to replace the furnace, and they were able to find one (which is no small feat with all the supply-chain issues) and install it the next business day! Phenomenal service. I called at 4:45pm about a repair for my AC and the operator was apologetic they couldn't come the same day (I was not expecting this) but reassured me they would be there tomorrow afternoon. I was thinking I'd need to wait and get an appointment sometime during the week so I very thankful they could see me so soon.

Highly recommend! Everyone we talked to or dealt with was incredibly friendly, informative and there was no pressure at all. Very patient with all of our questions and explained everything in detail. Very professional from start to finish. Our 20 year old air conditioning unit needed major repairs on a Monday so we decided to replace. We were… provided with a variety of options and provided all of the details. The new unit was installed the very next day on Tuesday. The installers were super friendly, clean and careful. I cannot say enough good things about Creeks Air Conditioning. Our aging AC unit came to an uneventful end while we were out of town. We called Creeks and their representative was waiting for us when we arrive home. He walked us through the options for a replacement unit, answered our question, and gave us good advice for a replacement unit. This was late on a Wednesday afternoon and the next morning, Thursday, we notified Creeks of the unit we wanted and they made arrangements for installations on Saturday. I have had one of the best customer service experiences! Called about my air conditioner not cooling, the owner was at my door in an hour. How’s that for customer service! Diagnosed the problem that 3 previous ac companies could not. Two days later two of the nicest young men came and installed the part. They were on time, professional and courteous. I have been a customer of Creeks A/C for over 12 years. They installed an additional system after I added over 700 sq' ft to my home. Ben rebalanced the entire home enabling me to efficiently heat and cool living and sleeping areas.
I continue to use their biannual maintenance program that identified issues before they could become problems.

My AC stopped cooling. I contacted Creeks, they were very professional and came out the next day. The tech found a leak in the evaporator coil, and took the time to explain what was wrong. They returned the next day to replace the coil and on their own, contacted the manufacturer to have them cover the parts! Creeks goes above and beyond and always has their eye on how to best serve their customers. A bonus is that the staff are all courteous, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

I called them because one of the properties I manage had a leak in the unit. They went to the property, charged me $100 to clean it and told me I had to change the unit. The AC is still leaking so I dont know why they charged me to clean sth it has to be replaced? Now the quotes they sent me were so expensive! 30% more than the competition.
