Matt was awesome!!! I called on a Sunday afternoon and needed a scooter
for a Doctor's appointment early the next morning. Matt called a delivery driver,
on his day off, to try to get the scooter delivered on a Sunday. Ryan, delivery driver,
arrived within an hour and was so nice and polite. This is the first time I've used
this company and will definitely use them again.

Jenny at Affinity is absolutely an angel. She went above and beyond to help me get medical equipment for my mom. The doctor and BayCare could have cared less and after over 20+ phone calls with them, I turned to Affinity to try and resolve the issue on my own and was connected with Jenny. She was immediately helpful and caring and was able to get me what my mom needed. My 82 year old mom had been trying to resolve the issue for over 6 months without luck through her doctor and Jenny was determined to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can't rave enough about how wonderful she is.

I was in need of a supportive shoe for my fractured toe. Affinity Home Medical was the first place I found. Jenny greeted me as I walked in and noticed I was limping. I called Affinity on Memorial Day and was super surprised they were open and ready to help. Matt could not have been nicer or more helpful. He made suggestions for equipment I might need and offered to deliver the same day, even though it was a holiday. I ordered at 11am and they delivered by 2pm. The ordering process was simple and the delivery and set up was seamless. Thank you for your help during a very stressful time!
