Needed a new internal cooling fan for HP laptop. Would have done the work myself but wanted an HP certified partner to do the work. Called some service companies on HP approved list. Some would not quote the cost over the phone.
CS&S asked for the serial number and several hours later provided a quote. No request for extra charges to conduct a diagnostic like some others, since I knew it was a 90B error.
Laptop was fixed within 3 days. The price was lower than expected. Personal we're very helpful. Thanks Cheryl. Would have done 5 stars if someone would have called me the day

Good service, business owner (he goes by M.D.) is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely help you save money if you're worried about cash. IT is both consumer and business focused, so if you're a small business needing help with big orders, hit these guys up.
I had a laptop hard drive replaced, labor/service cost are competitive with corporate pricing (Best Buy, Staples), and it took less than 4 days to get it back. Works like a charm.

I called in to see if they could simply repair my laptop case because it is simply be separated from the base. They generously offered to look at it for the low price of $80 for an "hour" to look at it and figure out what parts they would need. This is before any parts and labor. Excuse me? I feel sorry for anyone who paid that price just to have their computer looked at. Your business will not last until you improve your business model.

I don't understand these reviews. My partner and I have taken both are laptops in for software and hardware situation. The were fix promptly and we never had to take them back for the same issue. We have always been treated professionally and with great customer service. The prices are reasonable compare to many other companies, especially Geek Squad (the know nothings).

These people are Horrible to get ahold of, I had an issue with a firewall they sold me, which I had right during audit time and they took forever to get back to me. They sent a technician out he worked on it said he had it running but then it wasn't working the next day. Do not do business with these people!

I work as a tech in another company that also deals with warranty issues. CSS did the right thing as software is never covered by any computer manufacturer. CSS tried to fix any hardware-related issues and that's what they did: No hardware isssues found. Rick T had a software problem and that was not covered under any circumstances. Also, Windows 7 came out in October, 2009, so Rick T's Win7 version was likely a Beta version that could have problems. People need to understand what warranties entail before they lash out and be unreasonable
