As a premier private duty home care agency in Broward County since 1994, we value every employee and know that our caregivers are ambassadors for our clients. W-2 employee status (payroll taxes and worker's compensation are all taken care of for you). As an employee of Responsive Home Care, we provide you with initial orientation and ongoing training, to ensure you're fully equipped to meet the needs of our clients with confidence.
Your trust is our biggest concern. That's why all members of the Responsive Home Care staff undergo criminal background checks, DMV record checks, written reference checks and physical exams. Unlike nurse registries, all of Responsive Home Care's in-home caregivers are W-2 employees, bonded and covered by liability insurance and worker's compensation to protect you, our client.
In April we were faced with finding live-in care for my mother. Unfortunately we went with a registry not realizing the difference. We soon knew it wasn't going to work out and began our search again. We found Responsive Home Care and it was the best thing we did! We now have 2 very loving, caring ladies who live with mother.
There's so much to do in Broward County, from natural attractions like the beautiful beaches and the Everglades to the museums, casinos, live music and art. It's no surprise that Broward County seniors want to stay in their homes as long as possible, to take full advantage of everything that Florida has to offer.

The care givers from Responsive Home Care that looked after our mom were kind, respectful, knowledgeable. They supported our mom and all of us during her health struggles and were there to enable our mom to live her final days with dignity at home. I sincerely hope you will also work with this wonderful family-oriented company to help you care for your loved one.
