Came home from a trip and found out my pump was out. I was leaving again in 2 days so more than a little worried about the pool. Christian was able to come out that day and diagnose the problem. He then called around to a few different shops to find a pump in stock, finally finding one that evening. The next day he installed the pump and continually followed up to make sure it was working and communicating with my intellitouch.

They did a full acid wash and tile scrub along with replacing all of the mastic. All services were done in a VERY timely manner, with professionalism and care. I also sincerely appreciated that there wasn't any up-selling of services or products that I did not need. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any sort of pool service.

Christian was a savior. We own a rental in SoCal, but live in NorCal. It’s hard to monitor all that goes on. When our prior pool guy quit due to frustration with pool chemistry, Christian picked up and resolved the issues. He worked with our gardner to eliminate tree issues that were ultimately responsible. Recently as tenants transitioned he kept an eye out and alerted us when he noticed house vacant but hot tub hot. He texted out of concern. Was really happy to have extra set of eyes on the house. We were lucky to find Christian. Thanks for taking care of our investment.
