Services
Stone Crest can accommodate guest counts from 30 to 275, so there is no event too large or too small for us! We have state of the art audio systems as well as a indoor/outdoor lounge areas, indoor and outdoor bar, prep kitchen, fully paved parking area with lighting and many other amenities that you and your guests can enjoy.
Stone Crest provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding ceremony + reception. Your guests will be seated among the beautiful trees and scenery as they wait for you to make your way down the path to our gazebo. The gazebo can be adorned with chandeliers, flowers, fabric, or nothing at all!
We have recommended vendors we can share with you, but you may use any vendors of your choice! All vendors must be insured and must clean up after your event. Please ensure that your caterers provide bussing of plates + drinks + trash during and after your reception, or you will need to provide the staff for that.
On weekend wedding days, we only do guided tours in the morning, so if you have already booked your event and would like to plan a follow-up "walkthrough" at the venue, please do so on a weekday or weekday evening. If you are wanting to schedule a tour today, please call or email us to get confirmation that we will be available for you.
You will also be able to view them by "guest size" (we counted the wedding party as part of the "guests" when we organized the samples for you to view). Once you book an event with Stone Crest, we will send you access to the "All Seated" floor plan design program that we use. From there, you will create your own login and will be able to view and design your event floor plan.

We looked at so many venues and while so many were gorgeous, none stood a chance against Stone Crest! One of the problems we were having when booking a venue was so many of them did not have the date we were looking for, available. Stone Crest did not have it available either, but after touring the venue we knew we would rather sacrifice the date than the venue. It's absolutely stunning! The staff is so kind and friendly. My husband and I asked them a million questions and they always answered and were willing to work with us. We received so many compliments on such a beautiful venue and I honestly

WOW! This venue was amazing! We were impressed when the shuttle pulled us up to the massive western-style building. This was before we even saw the phenomenal outdoor area around back. The view behind the altar was breath-taking. You could see trees for miles and the sunset was incredible. The exposed wood and décor of the building reminded me of a high-end lodge. There was plenty of room for guests and a dancefloor.

We had our absolutely perfect wedding day at this incredible, beautiful venue. We cannot recommend it enough - from the gorgeous interior to the lovely outdoor space and everything in between. In addition, the owners are the kindest, nicest people. They worked with us through two reschedules and were so accommodating. Our guests were blown away by the venue and everyone raved about it. It truly is a hidden (or not so hidden!) gem. Highly recommend having the wedding of your dreams at Stone Crest!

Came for a wedding reception 3/14. The wedding was over 4 months ago (11/21/20). That's COVID for you. Event was catered out of Fort Worth, I suspect because the original venue (in Grapevine) shuttered for the pandemic and never reopened.
This venue meant an hour drive from north Fort Worth. I had no idea what was in the area, but after 50 minutes of highway driving, we were at our exit. 5 minutes on a surface street, and another 5 on a quaint country road, and we were finally at the gate of Stone Crest Venue.
First impression? Pretty, but why here? We get out of the car, and instead

The owners, Ryan and Linda, are two of the sweetest, most caring, wonderful people to ever work with for our wedding. Their venue is absolutely gorgeous and there is so much character in this place! You can also tell they are very passionate about making your experience perfect and easy. Of all the vendors we've worked with, they have been the very best!!! We just want to say thank you so much!!! We highly recommend Stone Crest to anyone who is looking for the perfect location and who cares to work with such genuine people!

Our wedding at Stone Crest was incredible! The venue is beautiful on its own so you really don't have to do much to decorate. It's the perfect level of rustic that fits so many different styles. We knew right away this was the venue for us!
I really wanted a mountain-esque wedding but that's just never going to happen in super-flat North-Texas, but the different elevations and the scenery at Stone Crest really give you that vibe.
The staff is super nice, let us tour the venue multiple times, and overall very easy to work with.

Wow. There are no words to express what a fantastic time I had celebrating my bother in law's wedding at Stone Crest on 3/7.
The grounds were clean, pristine, and stunning. The ceremony location was like something out of a Tuscan vineyard (not what I expected from McKinney, TX!). The arbor was gorgeous, pews were modern and pretty, and the faux grass was a nice touch (green all year round!).
After the ceremony, we enjoyed cocktail hour on the porch, which was spacious and lovely. After that, we entered the building and we were absolutely blown away. While much of the credit goes to the

Went to a wedding here and loved the view from the back of the venue. Absolutely gorgeous view of a valley. Outdoor games in the back were fun and plenty of space for a big wedding. The wedding I attended had around 100 and there was tons of space to spread out indoors and outdoors. Upscale rustic decor and lots of attention to detail.

I went to a good buddy's wedding here Friday evening (I was a groomsman) and I was very impressed with the venue. The guys had a cool dressing room-even though it was a bit cramped for 9 of us in there- and there was a TV and lots of mirrors. The actual wedding site is outdoors and looked awesome and the background is beautiful. There is a big dance floor and the food they served was good. I would encourage couples to have their wedding here and especially for big weddings (over 150 guests).

I am so, so glad I choose to have my wedding here. The basics of the venue are top-notch: reasonable price, allows outside catering and alcohol, has space for an outdoor or indoor ceremony, is beautiful, and is easy to get to from DFW. In addition from the very beginning, the staff at Stone Crest has been kind, responsive, and willing to work with me.
Linda and Ryan responded to my emails incredibly fast, and helped point me in the right direction for wedding issues that weren't even their purview (like where to find wedding insurance). They also remained calm when I panicked the week of my wedding

This venue was beautiful! Even when it's empty. I'm a wedding coordinator and the venue manager that I worked with, Kathy, was so helpful before and during the big day. The outdoors ceremony area is spacious and you can decorate the altar however you'd like. I would definitely recommend this venue to future clients!

I went here for a wedding. It's a beautiful venue, newer, nice view of valley.................but one big room. The wedding i went to was on a warm day and with lots of people so seating was so so (a little tight) It's way out in the middle of no where, if you're seeking remote, this is it. Only one men's/lady bathroom for all (they hold about 300 people I would think) I just was not impressed. Didn't see much staff as wedding had a wedding planer who was engaged and running the event.......... Enjoyed the wedding, but did not feel the venue added to it what so

Fantastic spot for a wedding or large get together. I went to a wedding at Stone Crest in late January. There were approximately 175-200 people in attendance, and the venue was plenty big for it. It's a little out of the way, but we found it fine with Google maps. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown McKinney, where most of the wedding party and out of town guests stayed. There is plenty of parking as well.
We approached the venue from the side, so we saw the outdoor pavilion area first. This is where the wedding was held. As it was January, it was pretty cold, and as the
