TLDR: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - DANGEROUS PROPERTIES.
The house we rented was not even remotely clean upon entry. Due to the worldwide pandemic, I spent an hour or so cleaning once I got there in order to feel comfortable for my family to enter.
One of the rooms had fire damage due to the main light, two windows were broken, the tv/cable didnt work, and there was black mold on both the curtains and beds. If you walked through the living room the lights wound flicker and turn off and the majority (greater than 75%) of the ceiling had water damage and NONE of the back doors locked. Multiple wires
