Dr. Trad received his board certification in Internal Medicine, and has 10 years of experience in aesthetic and minimally invasive cosmetic surgical techniques.
He was the medical director and co-owner of Mod Skin Nutrition, Ltd. Co. from 2011-2013 in Tulsa, OKlahoma. Dr. Trad has received his Botox and Dermal Fillers certification from the Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS), in BeverlyHills, California in 2012 and has mastered the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of aging skin.

We offer various types of injectable treatments to treat fine lines and wrinkles, and to restore your youthful appearance. Neurotoxins (BOTOX, Dysport) are typically used to relax the muscles that produce strong facial expressions around the eyes, forehead, and in between the brows, resulting in fine lines and wrinkles.

I’m not one to leave reviews but Emily at Blank Med spa is the absolute best. I have had several instances where I have questions and DM her and she doesn’t hesitate to respond or to provide me with answers that I am needing. You can tell she truly loves what she does and is very knowledgeable with all things skincare. I went in for a fire and ice treatment and then got on some medical grade skincare… this before and after is just after one fire & treatment and just 3 weeks of consistency using the IsClincal line I purchased from Blank Med Spa. The only thing on my skin in the second picture

This spa is the best place to receive botox and fillers. Always thorough and never disappointed with my results. Also, Ive had filler placed in my lips every year. After the procedure, they always look subtly plump and hydrated. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Went in not knowing what to expect. However, Kailyn was so reassuring and informative. She made me comfortable and I trusted her judgement. After getting some preventative Botox For the first time, I went in for a Micro-needling session w/ PRP. Both Kailyn and Emily took such awesome care of me and my skin is looking better everyday! I receive botox and lip fillers here (first time getting lip filler) and for the botox, I've been to a spa before where I had went three different times and had absolutely no results..so in hope to find an amazing and professional experience I found it at Blank Med Spa!
