Franklin Kubota

I purchased some rural acreage for hunting and camping. It needs a lot of work. I purchased my first tractor. I knew nothing about tractors or attachments. Their salesman Anthony Morgan was very helpful. He took time to learn my needs and was respectful to my first time questions. I have had my tractor for six months and I am very happy with my purchase. It suits all my needs. Not to big not to small. L3301. I have since purchased several attachments and they were excellent. I have had a few first time questions and Anthony has been more than helpful.

How can a Kubota dealer charge 10% more on pricing if you don't live in Franklin, Tn???

I called and they told me it would be 10% more on a tractor. That's discrimination if you ask me.

Please rethink when you buy.

The rental department of Franklin Kubota is one of the best services I’ve had in my times renting. My questions are answered quickly and they have a very knowledgeable group of workers. Highly recommend talking to Kevin and David if you are ever looking to rent!

Gave them my leaf blower to get fixed said it be 50$. And they said it would be ready in 4 days . Instead it cost $70.00 and took them 12 days for them to fix . Not 100% satisfied

Renting with franklin Kubota is the easiest experience I've ever had. I need a skid steer with Harley rake and I call them and get it delivered same day no issues. great workers

I could not have been more pleased with this experience! I came in expecting to simply rent a lawn mower and left with a huge smile ! The customer service is like no other ,i’ve had such a positive encounter with the staff and will definitely be recommending their services and be returning!

Great customer service. They were professional, helpful and funny. They were well educated on the equipment which helped with deciding on what was best for us.

Went in to inquire about a Scag cheetah. The salesman I worked with couldn't offer any assistance. (Presumably because he is new, but.... even still, he should have some product knowledge and training.) When I asked about doing a demo, he informed me he would have to ask his sales manager (Dean). He asked us to have a look around and he would be right back. He never returned...
After 30mins we went to find him and as we approached, he said "oh hey, Dean said no"... I informed him that my house is on a hill and I cannot justify writing a check for $15,000 on a lawn mower if I'm not sure it will

Customer service in the parts and repair center is zero... if you're not buying a Skag or spending thousands they don't want to help! Over priced on repairs. Charged 90 bucks to grease a Stihl hedge trimmer!! 90 dollars for grease!

Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. I bought on faith from 500 miles away and was not disappointed. Equipment was exactly as depicted and described. Delivered within 48 hours of purchase and started mowing the next day. Highly recommend.

Used to rate these guys high ...a 5. NO MORE ...Poncho is gone and it shows. It took 3 weeks to service my lawn mower. Every time I called got few answers and basically the service guy lied to me each time. Finally, got my equip back -- price was above the quote. I'm done, I'm off to another dealer and I was hoping to buy my next piece of equip this coming fall -- not happening there!!

What a great experience! Buying from them was fast and easy. No games, just straight forward discussion and honest prices. I found my new mower dealer!
