I went here to book a vacation for me and my family 4 days before departure. I was advised them that I wanted to book a 1br suite which was 12,000 square feet and that I needed a separate living room area for my second guess. I was told that they contact the hotel and it was available and this was the room that they booked. Meanwhile I paid them thousands of dollars, to find out the room they book was 740 square footage which was an Efficiency room. Now my vacation is not going to happen being that I have to wait until they refund me my money. Which takes 3 to 5 business days and my family event

Great experience with our travel plans and itinerary to Maui HI. This was a dream trip for us and I worked with Rob. He was professional and attentive. He always responded to my many emails. And answered all of my questions. He even contacted us to inform we didn’t need COVID testing to travel, just vaccinations.
We are already planning our next trip and wouldn’t think of using any other travel agency. 😊

I worked directly with Rob Elking when planning a trip in late March of 2021. It was a surprise trip for my girlfriend coupled with a surprise engagement. Rob handled a ton of the details and when things got messy with the resort planning prior to leaving Rob handled that as well. He and his team went above and beyond my expectations. We had a wonderful time in Mexico and a great engagement which the plan went off without a hitch! I will certainly utilize Grandview Travel again and recommend others to do so as well.

We worked with Rob Elking for our honeymoon to St. Lucia. We were very indecisive of where to travel at first but Rob was able to provide us with multiple itineraries which were very thorough and helped make our decision with us. With all of the unknowns in traveling during covid, Rob kept us informed on all of the steps we had to take. Initially we were to travel in May but we had to move it to August for covid. He did all of the transferring (reaching out to the resort, cancelling flights, rebooking flights, etc.) for us and actually saved us a ton of money switching to the new dates.

Highly recommend working with Hannah at Grandview Travel. We had an amazing family trip to Costa Rica this summer on a nine day tour. Hannah made all arrangements with a tour company along with our airline flights. She saved us a lot of money by booking air travel with different airlines coming and going. Costa Rica was wonderful and everything could not have worked out any better from our hotels, adventures, to flights. Thank you Hannah and Grandview Travel.

Grandview Travel organized a good portion of our honeymoon in May 2018. We were incredible happy with the service and accommodation recommendations made by the staff. Our honeymoon went off seamlessly and we were upgraded along every step of our journey. We traveled to Tregnago, Italy (near Verona), Venice and Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. My husband and I had never traveled in Europe before, so using a travel agent was something we both wanted to make it a little less stressful leading up to the wedding. Not one trip but TWO so far have been absolutely beyond our highest expectations from using Grandview travel. Our honeymoon in Aruba was the best way to celebrate after our wedding craziness and Hannah planned everything so perfectly for us. When we had the travel itch again, we knew for sure we wanted to use GV travel again. We went to Greece and not only were all transportation from the flight to private tours and transfers but hotels and even excursions were all planned out perfectly for us so the trip was effortless and stress free. We will absolutely use them for every trip in the future and

Hannah was so great to work with!! She helped us to pick a honeymoon location after listening to the type of atmosphere we wanted and we were so so happy with the choice! She arranged everything for us (which was amazing as we were finalizing wedding plans!), got shuttles set up, flights etc. and even had a sweet gift for us when we picked up our travel documents! We are so happy we found Grandview Travel to work with as it made the honeymoon planning a breeze! Would definitely recommend and we will absolutely use them again!

I recently returned home from a much needed vacation to Cancun that Hannah at Grandview Travel planned. She took the time to listen to all of my needs and wants when deciding what destination would be best for me, she was very prompt in responding, and even got me upgraded at check-in with extra amenities in my room! Grandview Travel’s ability to cater to my needs in a timely manner allowed me to completely let go and give them the opportunity to do what they do best!
