Horrible follow up. I was working with Shaina Dailey. She sent me to one job. She never heard back from the company. I applied for jobs that i thought I was a fit for and she ghosted me. Not even a response. I would never work with her. I would never recommend this fly by night recruiting agency. They are completely unprofessional. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Kim in the Princeton location is all fluff. She spends time talking about herself and how great she is the does absolutely nothing. All she did was talk about how she would have positions and get right on it and call me. Well, I have 12 years sales experience and never one call, really? Typical staffing agency all fluff and no results. Look on your own for a job. Its a waste of gas to this place.

I just wanted to take a minute to commend you and let you know what a positive experience I've had working with the Porter Group. I was referred to Kelly by another person who also had good things to say about her. I've worked with recruiters in the past and was not impressed by their efforts or results. My expectations were so low that I almost didn't bother calling. Since I had nothing to lose, I called and was immediately impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but also extremely focused and results oriented.
Within a week of our initial interview I had 3 quality interviews lined up.

I was contacted by The Porter Group earlier this year after I had applied for a position online for one of their clients. I had the opportunity to go into the office in Princeton and meet with my adviser. At first I thought the company was extremely professional. I have 14 years of sales experience and have been a past recruiter. I know what hiring managers look for and of course came in wearing a suit and professional. I have a great background representing high end products.
