I was referred to My Shoe Hospital via Cole Haan - I selected the Essentials package.
The heel looks low quality, and is bulky. I had enjoyed my leather boots because of the sleek minimal design, after my repair with My Shoe Hospital the boots look dated and cheap.
The repair also took 7.5 weeks and the company didn’t polish my shoes- which was part of the order. When I communicated with the company, they apologized and would redo the order, but it is not worth it to me.
$120 for a poor quality repair, would not recommend anyone using this service unless they improve their materials and efficiency

Just got my shoes back and I am very impressed about the quality of their work. WOW! My shoes looks, feel, and smell brand new. I almost gave them to good well. I’m glad I didn’t! It would be five stars but the process took a lot longer then advertised. They advertise 10-12 days turn around and my order (sent to them on Feb. 10th just came back today Mar. 6th). But it was well worth the wait! Sending another pair to them on Monday.

I have a very nice Tumi "man bag" that I've had since 1995 that had become badly worn. The leather piping was frayed, the zipper was broken, but I could not part with this bag.... There is nothing like it made anymore. I found My Shoe Hospital on line and sent them photos per instructions on their website. They responded that they needed to see the bag, so I sent it off. They called me, gave me an estimate and i gave them the go ahead. Well, I received my bag back yesterday and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work! I sent them a pair of Thursday Boot Company's captains boots in brown. They sent me back glossy oxblood boots with a single ply sole instead of two (which is how they're made) they even dyed the beautiful orange welt black. The heels weren't rounded smooth, the heels were polygonal like someone held them too long to a belt sander multiple times.. I complained and they said send them back, and now the color is off, the sole is still single ply and the welt is saddle leather colored. I'm embarrassed to wear them, and those boots cost $200. Thanks a LOT myshoehospital.

First off, quality of work is very high. My shoes did come back looking very fresh.
I ordered the "Essentials" which i understood would include everything related to soles and heels. However, after about a week, i got a call that they needed another $15 to repair something with the heels. It was unclear what this was for or why this was not covered in the "Essentials" pricing, so it felt like a bait and switch to me.
Communication around timing and process was not great and i felt it took almost a month, rather than the 5-10 day turnaround advertised.

WOW! I just received my boots back and can’t believe my eyes! They are brand new again. The heals were so bad I could no longer wear them. I could not find a local shoemaker to repair them. I found the Shoe Hospital online and emailed them info about my boots along with pictures. Their communication with me was almost instant. They assessed my boots, gave me a price, send me the label and off my boots went. They told me it was going to take several weeks~I had them back in about 3. My boots originally cost $350.00 so another small investment for the heals was very much worth it. They came back

There was a mistake made, however, they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and done right by the customer all while being in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.
I received my original pair of shoes back from them, but they had been dyed a different color than the swatch I had originally sent them in with. I immediately called customer service, who was understanding and listened to everything I had to say. He then asked if I could

I had a pair of cowboy boots repaired and resoled by Myshoehospital and was thrilled with the results. They were able to quickly repair them, clean and polish and get them back to me in a timely manner for a good price. They also kept me updated via my account on their site, so I knew what to expect. This is a great service and a good way to keep shoes and boots out of landfills.

So far, the repair looks good.... time will tell at the next time I wear the shoes. VERY unhappy that the perfectly intact shoe box that I sent my shoes is was NOT returned with my shoes.... I store my shoes in the original box.... it has the description of my shoes on the end of the box and this has been VERY convenient for me when retrieving shoes from my closet. Since these are high end shoes ($500 ), I do not store them in a "regular" shoe holder... Not cool, Shoe Hospital...

I had a dress shoes refinished, sole and heel replaced. It looked good initially but within a week the new finish started to flaked off. The sole and heel was fine but the heel was much lower than before. I sent it back for a redone on the finish but when I got it back, it again started to flaked off after a few days. I tried to contact them numerous times after that but no response. So I went to another place and had the finish redone at about 20% less in cost and the result was perfect. I had it for about 8 month now without any flaking or anything. So my experience with My Shoe Hospital' was
