It was great working with Jose. He contacted me regarding arrival time, actually showed up early which was great. He's courteous and professional. He and Chris did a great job removing water damaged flooring, setting up fans and a dehumidifier. Tons of noise from the equipment but that's expected.

My experience with SERVPRO was phenomenal. Our contractor Carlos was always punctual and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He worked with us a total of 3 days and even checked up afterwards, and was cost savvy was we are a total of 5 college students. He was even willing to be in contact with our landlord and insurance regarding the damage that occurred.
