Studio S is one of Charlotte's best Architectural firms. I have worked with Jes a number of years and his designs and drawings are always on point. As a structural engineer you can tell when an Architect has considered load paths in their designs, which makes the structure more cost effective and constructible saving Clients and Owners money in the build process. I would not hesitate to hire Studio S for any project.

Jes Sanders and Studio S have always been a company whom I can count on in provide excellent customer service to clients. The team listens to the wants and must haves of a project. They seek to learn about the scope work in order to counsel clients with the project and construction process. It is important to have drawings and a plan before approaching builders to quote the cost to build/renovate.
