Several years ago, HSS replaced our existing system and this year, we had major upgrades done that involved replacing equipment and adding a new audio zone. It was our first experience working with Austin, who was patient with all our questions and handled everything with great kindness and a sense of humor. The install team included Robert, Ray, Jason and Ryan – all of whom were amazing. HSS has now worked on three different properties that I own, the latest being my personal home. The end result of their hard work is a fully integrated lighting, audio, television, and security package that is incredibly easy to use, but very high end. Excellent manner of professionalism and courtesy. This is truly a high end business. Would definitely recommend their services because of the clearness and understanding of a customers request. New to the area and highly impressed with big city service in a small town. I'm a "little guy" but they didn't talk down to me or make me feel unimportant, as my installation is a small scope.

This is a very professional company and their staff is a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of network systems and components is awesome. Their home installation work is craft. They listened to us, turned our smart home system design ideas into a detailed plan, explained it thoroughly, including component and pricing details, and put everything in writing. My husband and I have been super happy to have made the acquaintance of HSS. We moved into a home where Lawrence and his team had set up the audio visual system for the previous owners. Lawrence listened to our wants and needs, devised a plan for equipment revisions and then scheduled his team for installment. But the excellent service doesn't stop there - they are ready and willing to lend support when needed. I highly recommend calling HSS for all audio/visual and/or security system installment needs.

The trio @ HSS are so knowledgeable , so professional completely up to date and are perfectionists. They will not quit until their clients are totally satisfied. The first product they installed just was not compatible and so they totally replaced it with a different product. They will tweak and fine tune until you are perfectly happy.

I own Novicky's Farm, a vegetable farm in Central Oregon growing tomatoes for our local restaurants. I recently had Lawrence, Brendan and Robert of Home System Solutions out to take my operation to a new level. I wanted to have all the capabilities to remotely monitor my greenhouses if I'm out of town and appreciate music outside while playing in the dirt. I hired the "guys" to update the sound system in a home I recently acquired in Bend. The house was wired but it was a mess. I converted a large downstairs room into a combination Theater room and exercise space, we upgraded the sound in my billiard room and family room and we added music options to my kitchen and several areas on my deck. Additionally we set up a Sonos speaker that could be moved wherever I wanted it. The upgrade included remote thermostat access, remote security access and remote lighting controls in the theatre room. The guys did a spectacular job of using ingenuity

I have been using Home Systems Solutions since 2007 for both commercial and home use. I appreciate the fact that they have brought great technology to us and they have made it easy for us to use.
Lawrence and his team are meticulous! I personally very much dislike wires. They are pros at containing them and making the product look sleek. They have have helped us with our home automation and music for both the office and home.
