Went to 20 different lawn mower shops today. Finally got to one that could help!! Griffin & Vicki were phenomenal. You can tell when someone loves their job compared to someone who is counting down the hours til they get to go home. P.s. ladies, if you like light eyes & tattoos, definitely come get some lawn mower expertise 😜😘

Excellent Service and very Polite!!! One of the 2 muffler bolts disappeared off of our Craftsman lawnmower and needed a new one. Joey was helping me and offered to order it, when the exact one wasn't in stock. I was looking for some alternative ways to solve so I could fix today. Joey said that they may have a used one in the back. Upon a detailed search he found the exact match of the muffler bolt I was needing. Joey wanted to give me the bolt for free. I said absolutely not... I wanted to pay the full retail of $4 for it. He said he couldn't charge me that much for it. LOL... long story short

Amazing shop and experience! I called and Joey answered all of my questions with such patience!
Upon arrival Corey was excellent! He took his time, explained, gave me options and was
extrermely personable! We came up with a plan and as I made my purchase Griffin joined in and helped to load it in my car and show me a couple of things just to add to the excellent experience! I highly recommend Craig's power equipment!!

Just an annual Toro - Briggs & Stratton lawn mower complete tune-up and service, and it was also exceptional customer service. The store is customer friendly, covid compliant, clean and sanitary as well. I was most impressed by their knowledge and friendliness, both upon checking in and when I picked up my lawn mower just 2 days later. 5 Thumbs Up to the folks who assisted me: the owner Craig, Griffin, and Joey who went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. And I certainly was. Their service was recommended by the landscape - irrigation folks that I use. They were right on too!
