Pricing Report

We charge a modest site visit fee of $299.95 for residential single and two family properties and $439.95 for small commercial/industrial buildings. There is a $50.00 fee for any additional structures on the property that you want to be surveyed. Price includes up to 2 samples that are pulled and analyzed.

We are a company out of Garrettsville, Ohio and were concerned with a roof of one of our clients. Client is concerned roofing is abestos and we are reached out to this company after calling 15 abatement companies......of which many couldn't even answer thei phone. Didn't need to use them after calling and sending photos of our attic insulation to the gentleman. He reviewed my photos and gave me the honest advice to not proceed with an asbestos test due to the type of insulation I had. If I have any further issues or concerns, they will be my fist call :)
