Heavenly Embrace Wellness, located in North Boulder, Colorado was founded in 2006 by Liraz Bergman-Turner. Liraz is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Reconnective Healing Practitioner. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality bodywork services to our loyal Boulder based clientele.
Signature Treatments combine massage, essential oils and energy work and are the most popular among our clients. Book 75 min sessions for just $119. We will focus on the back, neck and shoulders in order to renew mobility, alleviate stiffness and promote healing. Totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss with the slow and rhythmic Swedish massage and get recharged with energy.
Massage for relaxation is almost always helpful. However, there are certain conditions for which massage is not appropriate. Tell me about any medical condition you may have, even a minor one. Some conditions require close communication between me and your doctor or other healing practitioner. It's not a good idea to receive massage in the very early stages of sprains and strains when there's still a good deal of swelling, heat, and tenderness.

Our studio is a warm, safe and inviting environment that is far from the larger massage spas and chains. Soothing music and essential oils can be used to relieve stress and help with relaxation during your treatment.
The ArmoaTouch Technique was developed by Dr. David K. Hill, D.C. This technique is simple, yet powerful. Liraz is so gifted at massage and the skill, wonderful mix of bodywork and exploration of issues, and personal attention she brought made this one of the most healing experiences I have known. I highly recommend Liraz and Heavenly Embrace Wellness! I was visiting Boulder from out of town and booked Liraz. Truly, one of the best massages I have received. Liraz treated me remotely a night before I had to go for a surgery. I was anxious and didn’t think I could fall a sleep. Liraz called me just after I went into bed and we had a short conversation. Then I hung up. The next thing I remember is that I woke up in the morning after a very restful night sleep. For me it worked amazingly and I am thankful to Liraz for that.

I have lived in Boulder for almost 30 years and have had many massage therapists. Many good ones but I have been consistently seeing Liraz at Heavenly Embrace for the last 3 years. I love her knowledge of the body and how in tune she is with what I need. She doesn't want to just give you a massage, she truly cares about you and making you feel better. Her office is peaceful, clean and a nice place to unwind and relax. She uses Doterra essential oils and always has a special mixture of oils to help with whatever is ailing me. Liraz has a gift!

I came to Liraz with a repetitive stress injury - the computer is not kind to the body. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulder and forearm. Liraz is a miracle worker. She knows anatomy. She knows how the body works. And she knows just how much pressure to put, where and for how long. I come out of her studio able to work again physically, feeling mentally refreshed and emotionally nurtured. The combination of strong deep tissue work, knowledge of the body, and her calming presence is unusual. I love massage. Liraz quite simply gave me the best massage of my life.

I first started regularly seeing Liraz for massage when I began suffering from some pretty serious low back pain. She focused right in on my trouble areas and gave me extremely helpful advice for easing my pain in between treatments. After a few weeks of massage my back issues were completely relieved. I now continue to visit Liraz for regular maintenance massage. She has an extremely relaxing and healing touch that makes me feel refreshed after each session.

Liraz is an amazing body worker. I've been working with her for over a year now and each and every time I see her my body feels amazing. Her touch is relaxing and gentle, her pressure is perfect. She checks in throughout the session to make sure that I'm comfortable. After the body work, she closes the session by discussing what she found and different stretches to work on at home - what she finds is always spot on, not to mention very thoughtful and intelligent. I have been meeting with her for Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Reiki for the past four months and would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent massage therapist with tremendous positive energy, knowledge and a wide range of modalities. I will only go to Liraz. She might not be the most affordable but she is so nice and it is like talking to a friend while she rubs ya down. Her massage bed alone is worth the trip to see her. i have gone to see her every week and I jsut won't go see anyone else.... and being in Jersey CIty- I have options for a massage therepist- I won't go anywhere else.
