I had backed into my garage door in a hurry to get somewhere, and an unsolicited, well-meaning neighbor who had been trying to help made a fairly minor problem worse. Our garage door spring broke yesterday trapping my wife's SUV in the garage. We called one service and they said they did not have the replacement springs in stock and the lead times were out over a month due to the supply chain interruption caused by the pandemic. We called Elite next and Cameron, the tech from elite showed up within an hour of our call. He had the right springs and quickly replaced our broken one. Great experience. I called at 930am when I discovered my garage door spring was broke. I called for a quote and he said he would be there at 11am for a free estimate. 11am he showed up and quickly looked at the spring and proposed a solution, replacement. Had a few different options to choose from and the prices where in line with other places I had called. He did the job, cleaned up, did some light maintenance like greasing all the hinges, and was pleasant to work with. I already recommended him to my neighbor.

They're great!! Called for help about 9:45 AM because my garage door wouldn't close. One owner was out in less than an hour to investigate, the other owner was out in another 90 minutes and I had a whole new system to replace the 20-year old one that had broken before 2 PM. Cost was very reasonable!

I called Elite garage doors after I had been scammed by another garage door company and not only did they arrive within 30 minutes and do the quick fix but refused to even accept a call out fee. This company is 100% genuine kind and professional and I needed them after a horrible experience with someone else. Came home after a long day at work and my garage door wouldn't open. I was advised that they could be at my house in 20 minutes. The owner of EGDR arrived in 15. After inspection, he identified the cause and gave me a fair quote within minutes. I found the quote to be reasonable and agreed. EGDR vehicle had all the necessary parts to complete the job. The garage door was fixed properly, the first time.

My garage door has been broken for a few weeks now and I've been putting off getting it fixed because I figured it would be a royal pain and I didn't want to take the time off work.
