I have been a patient at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield for over a year now. About 6 months ago I had to have a below knee amputation to my right leg due to complications with my illness. A respiratory therapist will provide a clinical assessment personalized for each oxygen, tracheostomy and sleep disorder therapy customer and individualize a plan of care to meet their needs.
Enteral nutrition involves supplemental feeding through a tube, catheter or stoma. The goal is to deliver nutrients to a patient who may not otherwise be able to ingest food orally. Providing essential nutrients to a patient is vital to avoiding malnutrition, while supplying the necessary vitamins and minerals to aid in recovery.

I was in desperate need of a 4 wheeled walker. no Binsons locations had any in stock. Called at least 10 other Durable Medical Supply company’s and none had in stock. Med Suppy had them, gave my insurance info with my Doctors. Order. Then we hit a snag. Med supply requested 2 times to get chart notes needed info, I called doctor again. Finally got word from Lana at med supply they got all information they needed and I could pick up or have delivered.
I really wrote this review to praise Lana, who kept me in the loop and kept re requesting required chart notes. Management she is a gem, take good

As a small family owned business family member (Banotai Greenhouse) Medsupply helped out in a crunch when supplies were needed. As the new rules and regulations were being implemented and our season was about to begin we needed to protect ourselves and our employees. I reached out to MedSupply and they provided enough masks to last us all season. Fast response and fast delivery! Great company!

I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Extremely unhelpful and rude. We received a bill OVER one year after my husbands injury and when we called to speak with their office to understand what the bill was for (we are willing to pay we just want to know what we are paying for) the woman would not directly answer any questions. She insisted that he was given a custom boot which is why he was being charged such a high rate but we know that the boot from our doctor was not custom considering it was grabbed from a closet full of boots that were the exact same.
