We are proudly a locally owned & operated maid service and not a National franchise cleaning company, which allows us to keep our cost under control and offer more flexible service options.
Atlantic Maids(R) is always seeking individuals for Employment with a dedication to excellence, and a track record of providing superior customer service to join our company. We are currently seeking mature, dependable maids who know the Maryland/DC area, speak English and Spanish, have a valid driver license, and submit to a criminal background check.
Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only The Atlantic Maids managers have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your cleaning. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container. In the unlikely event your key is lost, we're even insured for key replacement and re-keying your locks.
If you wish to wait for your maids to give them access into your home, please realize that we can only give arrival times of two (e.g. 8 am -10 am, 10 am - 12 pm, 12 pm - 2pm, or 2pm - 4pm) hour windows. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, inclement weather, lockouts, traffic, or customers adding services.
Atlantic Maids(R) is based in Maryland and offers professional residential cleaning services in the Maryland and DC area since 1988. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to protect your home and our employees.
We practice Green Cleaning procedures, we use HEPA vacuums that are certified by the Carpet & Rug Institute, we use microfiber cleaning cloths, and we proudly provide Green Seal Certified(R) approved and Eco-Friendly cleaning chemicals products that are environmentally safe for your home, kids, and pets.

I am very pleased with this company.
The two ladies they had sent out to clean
were very friendly and professional. The
ladies were very thorough cleaning and went
beyond what I expected.
Cathy, the manager was very pleasant and
professional. I've used other services before
and this is by far the best. We will be using
their services on a regular basis - thank you
ladies!

I have used them for almost 2 years now, and I have been very happy with their service. Today, they completely went above and beyond, and I felt that I really needed to share with all of you.
Ms. Kathy ( the one who manages the schedule) and I were going back and forth about rescheduling my appointment. She had correctly told me the date we finally decided on, but for some reason I thought the date was next week November 19. So I was extremely surprised when the ladies were at my doorstep this morning.
After a quick conversation, where Ms. Kathy was apologetic and kind- I realized what had happened
