Absolutely horrible experience. Complete incompetence. Totally unprofessional. No show for my scheduled delivery. No notification that the delivery was not going to happen, left me waiting around wasting my time. Rep laughed like a hyena when I called to ask where the delivery was. Still not resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.

EDI has cost me thousands of dollars because my shipment wasn't delivered to me when it was supposed to. I paid 6 grand for inflatables in California to be shipped to me in Mississippi and it's been over a month and I still haven't received my shipment. Customer service can't tell me any information on it. I've been put on hold for hours. I've spoken with multiple CS reps and Managers but no one has any helpful information on finding out where my shipment is or when it will arrive. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life.

Absolutely worst delivery company in America. They lie to their customers repeatedly and have held an item hostage for weeks . I am not even sure they plan to deliver it or are actually stealing it. I have filed a BBB complaint and my next step will be to file a claim with the police for stolen merchandise.

I was expecting a delivery for today; however, I received a call asking what day next week would I like my delivery scheduled. I notified the agent that I wouldn't be available until next Friday. She then stated I would have to pay for storage fees. This information was not stated anywhere before I purchased my items.

I have been using EDI Express for years to move product from manufacturing in Miami to Los Angeles. This time they picked up on Friday - arrived the following Monday and I will be picking up the shipment. How can you complain? Seriously. Coast to coast 3 days. This is the worst company EVER. I got my delivery 2 weeks late and during those two weeks I've been calling every single day and here's what happened. They literally transferred me each time I spoke to an operator and had me on hold for over 20 minutes. When I call back they do the exact same thing and sometimes the operator would transfer me to an answering machine. This is THE most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of working with the delivery industry. I wouldn't recommend this place to even someone I hate.
