Water heater was leaking. Dave and Cindy arrived approximately 1 hr after I made the request in Home Advisor to replace it. They had everything that was needed (permit, heater, new valves, drain pan etc) and installed it in quickly in a very professional manner. They cleaned the job site up and notified the building inspector to come inspect the next morning.

Dave and Cindy are the best! Our water heater leaked all over our garage and we needed a replacement fast. I called 7 businesses and Dave called me back in 5 minutes. I only heard back from 2 others and they didn’t call back until the following day. When Dave and Cindy arrived they were prepared, professional and friendly. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up the mess from my previous one. Their installation is so much neater and secure than I have ever seen. Ahhhhh…hot water for a shower! I highly recommend them…you won’t be disappointed!

Dave and his wife came to assist with installing a new water heater in my condo. They were incredibly polite and professional, taking the time to answer my many questions and thoroughly explaining what they were doing. Dave even performed follow up calls to ensure that everything was working properly, which was much appreciated. A wonderful family owned and operated small business. I would highly recommend. They are very responsive which in my experience is unusual in this day and age. They offer a superior, made in America 🇺🇸 product at a reasonable cost. The install was quick and the work performed in a workmanlike manner, again unusual in this day and age! They left their work area completely clean no trace they had been there other than they new hot water tank. I will be recommending this firm to family and friends in need of a water heater. After dealing with our home warranty for over 2 weeks on trying to get a water heater replacement, we decided to cancel our claim with our home warranty and called Classic Water Heaters. Dave and Cindy were excellent to work with. I'd highly recommend them!! Our water heater went out on a Sunday, so we were trying to find someone to replace it on the same day. I called them, talked to them and they came out and replaced it on the same day. They were courteous, fast, cleaned up after themselves and took pride in their work, which is hard to find these days.
