We are a friendly, down-to-earth, family-run law firm dedicated to protecting our clients who are in financial trouble. As for how we began, our father-daughter duo has a humble and endearing story to tell you. Our founding attorney, Mr. Cobb, began his early years with an agriculture degree and then had several jobs working for the state and in the private sector, including a car salesman.
Mr. Cobb was born and raised in the Friendship community, just south of Oxford. He graduated from Oxford High School and then Auburn University. In his early life, he worked in various professions, from high school teacher to small business owner. After encountering several acquaintances who needed legal assistance, Mr. Cobb decided to switch careers and become an attorney, aspiring to help those who most needed legal counsel.
Mrs. Kerr is a lifelong Oxford resident and has been with Cobb Law Firm for more than 20 years. The bankruptcy knowledge she has acquired over two decades of working with our firm is invaluable, and she uses that knowledge to help all our incoming clients feel comfortable. She is married and has four children, one grandchild, and two cats.
Ms. Kerr grew up in the Weaver area and is a graduate of Weaver High School. Mrs. Jenna joined Cobb Law Firm after spending years working in the customer service industry. Her training and experience in customer service shines through the way she handles each call and client. She is married and expecting her first child in the fall of 2021.
