I was unable to go to the store when they were open this past week while visiting Orange Beach. I called them when I got back home and Mechele was gracious enough to send me pictures of the gulf shores and orange beach charms I was interested in. She took my order and it’s now on its way to me. I received my order in today’s mail. I am wearing it now, in fact! So happy I was able to find the snake for my LeStage convertible bracelet at your store. Thank you so much for fulfilling the order so quickly, too. I would make one suggestion: please provide tracking info for customers after the order has shipped. From your communications and your site, I was only able to see the order status as completed. Otherwise, I had a top notch experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional whether you are buying Pandora or a larger purchase they love to help and will make sure you love your purchase. They also show you many options and help you to get the biggest bang for your buck.

I went in to have a ring sized and they used a formula to quote me a price. Even though they were very nice, they were very expensive. On simple things go somewhere else. Way to HIGH.

If you want a repair, steer clear unless you can drop $200 to have a ring sized up 1.5 sizes. Three people end at the same time I was and we all left without repairs.

I love diamond jewelers so much! The staff is so kind and patient they really will take their time and help find/design whatever you desire! They also will offer a cleaning whenever you stop in which is the best! I love my jeweler, Stephanie because I can even text or call her whenever I need anything and she answers! This facility carries the "always popular" Pandora items, in addition to other "new" pieces as well as a few estate pieces.
I found an air of "you can afford this", which is an instant turn off, especially since their price points were relatively low.
