We had Ferrell Air install two new a/c and furnace units in our house. They did a great and cost effective job and would suggest anyone reading this review seriously consider getting a bid from them. They were able to engineer around some space problems we had and get it all done using as much existing infrastructure as possible. Our house was in Sedona; they work in the Verde Valley as well as down in the Phoenix area.

Our entire experience was nothing short of amazing. It can get tricky to find trustworthy people to help/repair around the house. We recently bought a flipped house and came across a very old A/C unit/system. They did a thorough job assessing the situation and never felt like they were trying to sell us anything we didn't need. They gave us two options and never pressured us. They gave an honest explanation of each option and the positives and negatives that came with each.
